Yahoo Plus

Yahoo Plus is a membership platform that offers upgrades and services from existing products: Yahoo Mail, Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Protect, and Yahoo Sports.

Key Contributions:

• Serving in a UX advisory role in close collaboration with the Product Lead, influencing requirements, especially on landing pages and checkout, during the project's ambiguous start.

• Establishing a design workflow, distilling PM’s requirements into design tasks for the team, and proactively helping with design timelines.

• Developed ready-to-use wireframes utilized as springboards for designers. Initiated and maintained a shared sketch library to facilitate consistency among designers and engineers.

• Cultivated open communication with engineering teams during the design phase, allowing swift iterations and reinforcing consistency across the development templates for all properties.

• Innovated existing and new checkout functionalities: Designed and created reusable design components for landing pages, checkout processes, plus additional channels
